Neil Cox

Neil is a highly experienced manager specialising in social housing asset management and property services.  He has worked in the maintenance, construction and social housing sectors for a combined 20 years.

He began his career as a gas engineer with British Gas and spent almost 15 years with Accent Housing in a number of roles including as a Contract Manager, Technical Services Manager and latterly as Director of Asset Management.

Neil is highly skilled in all aspects of repairs and maintenance and asset management. He has been key to driving improvements in building and people safety/compliance and latterly sustainability services developing strategies to address net zero carbon.  He has a strong understanding of procurement routes and procedures and has delivered numerous procurements during his career.

Neil joined ARK in 2022 and has been working with a number of clients to develop their approach across repairs & maintenance, building and people safety and asset management.
