The ARK team, over the last two years, have provided leadership, expertise and support to stabilise our approach to start the delivery of our Asset Management Strategy and improved services. Neil’s leadership and experience has helped to stabilise and enhance our culture whilst demonstrating value for money.
The Independent Living Strategic Review undertaken by ARK made a number of recommendations, some of which have been incorporated into our Independent Living for Older People Strategy. The service we received from ARK was professional, timely and ensured stakeholders’ views were taken into account.
