UKREiiF Annual Event 2024

ARK Directors Chris Seeley and Tim West are looking forward to attending the upcoming UKREiiF event from Tuesday 21 to Thursday 23 May at the Royal Armouries Leeds & Leeds Dock. This three-day gathering serves as a pivotal platform connecting people, places, and businesses to accelerate sustainable, inclusive, and transformational investment within the UK.

The event will unite the public sector, with representation from every core UK city and region, alongside government officials, investors, funders, developers, and housebuilders.

In 2024, the event is expected to attract over 10,000 attendees, and feature 700 speakers across 30 stages. With 150 exhibitors, over 100 fringe events, and participation from 250+ local authorities, 1500+ investors, 750+ occupiers, and 1500+ developers, UKREiiF is set to be the must-attend event in the industry.

We look forward to engaging with key players, influencers, and decision-makers within the investment and real estate markets to explore opportunities and drive positive change within the UK housing sector.
