Karl Linder

Karl has over 28 years of experience in building safety and compliance from surveyor to director level, and on to board member. As a professional senior manager, Karl has extensive experience in affordable asset management.

He has wide-ranging expertise that covers portfolio performance appraisal systems, property compliance, environmental sustainability, delivery of fire safety works, procurement of services and commodities, repairs models including a direct labour organisation, and planned maintenance delivery.

With more than 20 years of experience in leading, building, and managing dynamic, high-achieving teams, Karl is passionate about implementing change to improve customer satisfaction and safety, while also reducing business risk. His focus on delivering results is evident through his success in enhancing property portfolio performance models.

He was Chair of the National Housing Maintenance Forum from 2018 until 2024.
