Richard Medley

Richard is a knowledgeable and respected senior housing and business professional with a wide variety of experience in consultancy and management. He has a proven track record in areas of repairs, maintenance, asset management, asset compliance and procurement.

Richard is renowned for his work in developing, driving forward, and supporting the delivery of asset management strategies, in rethinking repairs and maintenance policy and practice, and in supporting clients to secure the optimum outcomes from all their repair, maintenance and asset management work. Previously, he spent over 10 years with the consultancy of the Chartered Institute of Housing as Director of Assets & Neighbourhoods and maintains strong links with CIH, including as Chair of the CIH Assets and Repairs Group.
