She has a proven track record of both strategic and operational delivery in areas of repairs, maintenance, asset management and property compliance/building safety.

Adele has also been responsible for the development and delivery of sustainability strategies and works. She is passionate about ensuring that services delivered to tenants and customers are of the highest standard and deliver value for money.
