Patrick is a career development and regeneration professional that started as a social housing working as a development manager for Trident and then as an assistant director for Orbit before moving to Wales, working in land, regeneration and renewable technologies.

He is a highly motivated, confident leader with excellent communication skills coupled with a strong commercial background across the public sector, working successfully with the private and third sectors to produce significant outcomes.

Patrick has successfully held Director and Managing Director Positions, and served on boards in areas of economic development, innovation, business creation, and regeneration, for over 25 years, working for organisations including the Welsh Government, Cardiff Bay Development Corporation, CMC2, Regen and Renew and a number of Housing Associations.
