David Lister

David has worked as a Management Consultant for the past 23 years. He has specialised in the Housing sector since 2016 working for a range of different organisations including The Guinness Partnership, Aldwyck Housing and Catalyst (both of which subsequently became part of Peabody), Yorkshire Housing, Aster, L&Q and most recently Octavia Housing.

David has a proven track record of managing Transformation and Change programmes, leading on mergers and post merger integration as well as Repairs and Maintenance as well as Finance transformation and operating model design. He has considerable experience of rescuing failing programmes and change initiatives and is respected for his ability to get stuck in and address difficult challenges in a sensitive but constructive way.

Outside of work David enjoys walking his two golden retriever dogs, watching rugby (having recently retired as a junior rugby coach and referee) and continuing his lockdown hobby of woodworking.
