Giles leads CHIC’s merchant service and supply chain team. He has extensive experience of working with nationwide merchants and his speciality is working with organisations to help maximise their efficiencies for responsive repairs.
Prior to joining CHIC, Giles worked for a national merchant, managing their supply contracts with social housing providers. Giles consulting experience
includes independent reviews of clients current procedures and processes, supply chain, stores, van stocks and contracts/frameworks.
