Our latest webinar has proved a big success with many people attending the session to hear from our panel of knowledgeable and engaging sector experts talking about how to deal with disrepair and damp in social housing.

We will also be hosting the Disrepair: Housing Legislation and Regulation course on 21st March 2022. This online session provides information at more advanced levels and is designed for Executive team members and Service Managers with responsibility for customer contact, housing officers and asset management advisors dealing with disrepair for local authorities or providers of social housing.

Kieran Colgan

Director

Kieran has worked in housing for more than 20 years, managing services including repairs and improvement, and private sector housing. He spent almost 10 years at the Audit Commission and has particular expertise in asset management, strategy and good governance. Kieran is passionate about providing housing that helps residents build better lives.

Kieran led ARK’s independent investigation of Croydon Council following the ITV news coverage.
