Director

Tim has a worked within the housing field, primarily in development and regeneration for over 25 years, both within the public and private sectors.
His initial experience came from being heavily involved in the Marsh Farm, Luton regeneration as part of the New Deal for Communities funding of the early 2000s whilst working for Luton Borough Council.
This experience helped create a strong interest in community cohesion and sustainability which has stayed with him throughout his future career with Housing Associations and private contractors.
During his periods working for both Raglan and Jephson Housing Associations, Tim was a pivotal team member in exploring potential regeneration opportunities from both a strategic asset and regeneration perspective. These included the regeneration of former Milton Keynes Development Corporation schemes, moribund and outdated estate and sheltered accommodation sites.
Tim’s more recent experience as Partnerships Director for two differing Building Contractors has led to him undertaking project leadership roles in numerous development and regeneration projects. He has led on community consultation processes, design development and value engineering in order to make sure that projects are designed to understand that aesthetic appearance, buildability and budget constraints are considered from scheme inception.
