Paul O’Callaghan
Assistant Director
Paul has worked in social housing for over twenty years in several different roles from operations to policy, research, strategy, and communications.
Most recently, Paul was responsible for securing and delivering consultancy projects at Housemark. Prior to this, Paul was the Customer Experience and Strategy Director at Aster Group, a large housing association in the Southwest of England. His extensive previous experience includes roles with Peabody, Harrow Council, Haringey Council, Tower Hamlets Homes, The Guinness Partnership, Midland Heart, and Birmingham City Council.
Paul’s specialisms include housing operations, strategy and policy development, service design, performance management, contact centre management, complaints, resident engagement, and regulatory compliance.
