Neelam Samra
Associate
Neelam has over 20 years of experience within the social housing sector, and over 5 years the commercial sector working in residential property management.
She has worked on a number of change programs, supporting businesses to develop, recruit, and embed new service structures.
Neelam works closely with customers within both the social housing sector and residential property management, having worked on projects for TPAS previously. Her most recent experience has been working in a fully accountable framework to those that pay for the services, with customers overseeing our management of KPI’s, Financial Management and Service Delivery.
She has significant experience in carrying out service reviews and implementing improvement plans, focused within the compliance field and also housing management.
