Deborah is a change leader and effective problem solver with 35 years’ experience in social housing and the public sector; influencing at leadership and governance level to support organisations and individuals implement lasting change – from clarifying vision and defining strategies through to turning plans into reality.

For the past 10 years Deborah has been working at Director level with some of London’s largest housing associations on merger, integration and transformation strategies. She is an experienced NED and has recently joined the board of a Midlands based RP where she is also deputy chair of the audit and assurance committee.
