By Chris Seeley · 2 November 2020

We recently chaired a session at CIH Virtual Housing 2020.

The session explored how the pandemic could be a driver for new approaches to housing design and development models, how the values and requirements for residents are changing and what adaptations are being planned to ensure homes are changing for the better.

Speakers:

Chaired by ARK’s Ian Winslet, the plenary included presentations from:

  • Louise Wyman, Director of Strategy, Growth & Development – Manchester City Council
  • Mike De’Ath – Partner – HTA Architects
