The Charter for Social Housing Residents – ARK’s Action Plan
We have published a couple of blogs in response to the White Paper published last week and we are in favour of the Government’s focus on residents and safety.
But the White Paper extends to 76 pages and many of them contain detailed proposals for change requiring action from the sector. We put our minds to how best we can help the sector distil the White Paper and to take action on the key points. Our response is the ARK Action Plan.
Our approach provides housing providers and especially executive teams, committee and board members with helpful “to do” checklist. We have published the document in PDF format but it is freely available in word from ARK so you can cut and paste to suit your organisation – just ask us for a copy.
