We have received many enquiries about RAAC from clients and our colleagues at CHIC Ltd are responding to those enquiries.

Understandably there are a range of concerns being expressed by Boards. The government’s advice is helpful and suggests that a first-stage review can be carried out without the engagement of surveyors. We thought it might be helpful for readers to reference that advice and have it as a helpful aide memoire.
