Nick Sedgwick joins ARK as Associate Director
We are pleased to announce that Nick Sedgwick has joined the team as Associate Director. Nick brings over 30 years of experience working for a range of local authorities, housing associations and government agencies.
A focus on supported housing and tackling homelessness is core to Nick’s career. Most recently he worked for Anchor, the largest not for profit provider of housing and care for older people in England. He was the Director of Service Development prior to leaving Anchor. Other interests include being a Parish Councillor for 10 years and a trustee of a small local almshouse charity.
Nick will build on our existing expertise in strategic reviews of housing for older people and developing solutions targeted at reducing homelessness. We can support the sector in responding to the opportunities presented through the Social Housing White Paper, the Adult Social Care White Paper and the government’s homelessness initiatives.
If you would like to discuss these issues with Nick and to learn more about our services contact him today.
