By Chris Seeley · 6 August 2020

We are delighted to be hosting a plenary session in the Future of Living Stream at the upcoming Virtual Housing Festival.

Chaired by Ian Winslet, the session entitled “What will the impact of COVID-19 be on the future design and development of homes” will explore how the current pandemic could be a driver for new approaches to housing design and development models, how are the values of residents changing, what what adaptions are being planned to ensure our homes are changing for the better.

Speakers include:

  • Louise Wyman, Director of Strategy and Growth Development – Manchester City Council
  • Mike De’Ath – Partner – HTA Design

Our very own Chris Seeley has also contributed to the Future of Living feature, click here to read his blog on “Housing equality and the race for space”.

We will also be hosting an exhibition stand, so feel free to virtually drop by and say hello.
