ARK appoints Ian Lever and expands digital / IT offering
We have expanded our Digital/IT service offering to the housing sector following the appointment of Ian Lever as Digital/ICT Consultancy Services Director.
Ian has a wealth of experience in the ICT industry, spanning over 40 years, 20 of which have been in consultancy as Managing Director of both Aventura Consulting and Alysium Consulting and previously leading the IT consultancy practices at Capita, Tribal and NCC Group.
We have long been a sector leader in delivering technology to housing clients, for example our unique ASAP modelling system has supported a wide range of organisations to undertake a comprehensive assessment of their asset performance. Ian’s appointment expands our offering across a full range of ICT, digital engagement, telephony and transformation services. Ian’s appointment also brings extensive experience from the Local Government sector where ARK is already active.
Tim Frondigoun, ARK Director said: “We are delighted to welcome Ian to ARK. We identified a need to support our clients with their wider digital/ICT requirements. We found in Ian a hugely experienced consultant with experience of delivering a wide range of digital and ICT strategies, alongside of reviewing, upgrading and procuring systems and technologies, delivering efficiencies and savings to a range of clients including Local Government, Housing and Care and Central Government”.
Ian Lever added: “I am excited to join ARK Consultancy to support the expansion of their Digital/ICT offering. This puts us in what we consider to be a unique position where we can offer clients a true transformation service underpinned by technology, process and people – all from within a single housing sector focused business. The increased demand for digital customer engagement, the deployment of IoT (Internet of Things) devices and the availability of cost-effective cloud computing services will provide the opportunity for a step change for many of our clients. As a transformation partner we will be able to manage not only the digital technology shift but also the cultural shift which goes hand in hand with true transformation”.
