Wayne Hughes

Wayne has over 35 years’ senior level experience of working within the social housing sector.

Latterly he has undertaken the roles of Managing Director for a highly successful RP and prior to this he held executive director positions in both the public and private sector including a high profile national housing consultancy practice.

He is an experienced asset management and property professional and has advised an extensive network of clients across the sector, Wayne holds particular property expertise in strategic asset management, service reviews and the creation (including acquisition) and management of inhouse maintenance companies and DLOs.
