Victoria Tomlinson

Victoria has worked at executive and senior level, within the housing sector, for over twenty years, having held roles with strategic and operational responsibility for Development and Regeneration.

She has extensive experience of delivering mixed tenure programmes of land led and package deals, regeneration, S106 acquisitions and commercial sale developments. Crucially she understands the end-to-end development process which enables a holistic approach to land and property acquisition.

Victoria has experience of leading strategic partnership projects with large developers and contractors, securing generous overage clauses for the client RP. She has also developed and led partnership delivery frameworks with contractors, enabling the client RP to share in value engineered savings. Victoria has led the creation of and managed outright sale subsidiaries, most recently the successful Floreat Homes Limited which generated a £4m profit in her first year of management.

One of Victoria’s key strengths is to rapidly build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, identifying win / win outcomes for all parties. She has experience of strategic land identification and acquisition, leading multi-landowner (both public and private) acquisitions and delivering with partnership contracts/frameworks.

Victoria is also an experienced Non-Executive Director, Chairing the Marches Construction Ready Partnership for two years and previously with the Marches Community Led Housing Board.

Victoria believes a secure and affordable home enables everyone to reach their full potential and is passionate about the provision of new, high quality affordable housing. Outside of work Victoria loves gardening and walking in the Radnorshire hills where she lives.
