He has successfully led development, sales and marketing, asset management, shared ownership leasehold and disposals, PRS, and key worker operations.
Proactive and resilient with solid technical knowledge and strategic awareness, he has a proven track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams to deliver quality customer focused outputs.
Tony is committed to affordable housing and has a strong sector profile developed through excellent interpersonal and communication skills, he is also comfortable developing and influencing strategy and business planning with boards, leadership teams, and resident panels
