Tom Pepper

Tom is a seasoned Business Intelligence (BI) and performance management specialist with experience in the social housing sector since 2014. He has worked in senior management and analytical roles, helping turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for boards, leadership teams, and the wider organisation.

He has designed and rolled out data, customer insight, continuous improvement and reporting strategies whilst recruiting, leading and mentoring high-performing teams across BI, customer insight, customer experience and change functions.  As a Head of Service, Tom has improved data governance and quality practices and championed user-centred design to ensure organisations embed Power BI and other tools to drive faster, more confident decision-making.

Methodical, detail-oriented and endlessly curious, Tom is equally at ease troubleshooting code as he is coaching colleagues to elevate their analytic skills – and he’s always on the lookout for new ways to make data more engaging and informative.
