Shanaz Begum

Shanaz has over 25 years’ experience as a Housing professional.  Significant experience as a Land Director and manager for both regional and national developers, and has provided consulting services for registered developers.

She has successfully secured both on-market and off-market land opportunities, managing the legal, technical, and construction phases, all the way through to sales and marketing. A seasoned leader and manager with a broad background in delivering affordable and private housing schemes across various tenures. Experienced in diverse operations including construction management and delivery, property and asset management, acquisitions and disposals, as well as development and regeneration.

Specialties: Acquisitions, planning, strategic development, tenant and resident liaison, and securing land-led opportunities for both private sale and social housing projects.

She has successfully held board membership with a London Housing Association and advised on housing development and procedures.

In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and tennis and is an active mentor and lifestyle coach.
