Sarah Young
Associate
Sarah is an experienced retrofit and sustainability consultant and ICF-accredited coach. She has worked in the sector for over 18 years, supporting local authorities, housing associations, contractors, consultancies and energy companies.
Her experience includes programme design, mobilisation and delivery, retrofit and carbon-reduction programmes, funding and bid development, and stakeholder, resident and delivery-partner engagement.
Sarah works in a practical and collaborative way. She takes time to understand what is needed, brings people together and helps put the right structure in place to move programmes forward.
Her coaching skills bring an additional dimension to her consultancy work.
Sarah helps individuals and teams recognise their strengths, build confidence, navigate change and take practical action. She has a particular interest in developing women within retrofit and sustainability, as well as helping organisations build the capability and resilience needed to deliver successful programmes.
Away from work, Sarah loves a bit of DIY and interiors, has a passion for colour, and enjoys travelling and running.
