Sandra Lindsay
Associate
Sandra has 26 years’ experience working in the housing sector in Scotland, working across private planning consultancy, national housebuilders, local authority planning in both local plans and development management as well as a national RSL as Head of Development.
Most recently she was Development Director for a contractor working largely in the affordable housing sector, delivering the pre-construction requirements for their new build programme in partnership with a range of RSLs across Scotland. This involved site identification and feasibility, stakeholder management, programme management and responsibility for securing statutory consents. Working previously in local authority, private practise and national developers, Sandra’s experience is wide ranging and supports a pragmatic view in approaching new development and the framework/ constraints that govern it.
