Sam is Procurement and Commercial Director at CHIC. With 25 years of accomplishments in Procurement, he has extensive experience in e-Procurement (Bravo Solutions, European Dynamics & Delta eSourcing), data analysis, quality assurance, spending controls, supplier sourcing, and vendor management.
His significant achievements in CHIC so far have been:
* Transforming the procurement function into an e-process, moving from paper to online. Sam managed the whole transition, including training procurement awareness sessions, embedding quality management system (QMS), reducing timescales, and standardising procedures across public sector construction. He reduced tender issue timescales through Subject Matter Expert involvement in the public sector, increasing SME involvement and standardisation of contract documents.
