Ronnie Regan is Managing Director of Regan Consultancy with over 30 years’ experience in housing, construction, and public service delivery.
He specialises in operational transformation, supporting housing associations, councils, and DLOs to improve performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Ronnie played a key role in the award-winning repairs transformation at City Building (Glasgow) and Wheatley Housing Group, embedding systems thinking to drive service excellence. A collaborative leader, he works closely with executives, tenants, and trade unions to deliver sustainable change. He holds an MBA in Change Management and is a Fellow of several professional institutes.
