Richard Williams

Richard has joined ARK as a Senior Consultant in March 2017.  He was one of the founding directors of Beha Williams Norman Limited who originally established the funding and treasury consultancy company in 1988.

Richard is a market leading advisor on social housing funding and has led on the arrangement of private finance facilities totalling in excess of £6.90 billion in deals of all sizes.  He supports the strategic financial and treasury needs of social housing providers.

From 1974-1988 he was with Phillips & Drew/UBS where he was a Senior Executive in the Corporate Finance Department responsible for project finance in the public sector.

Outside work Richard is a trustee of a community sports charity and secretary of his local rugby club.  He is also quite interested in following international rugby.
