Rachel Frondigoun

Rachel is a highly-motivated, commercially-focused and politically-aware professional, bringing a combination of strategy development, project management, financial awareness, partnership working and ‘hands-on’ operational delivery, which she has applied to a number of fields including housing, health improvement and the integration of housing, health and social care services.

Rachel is an experienced practitioner in disabled adaptations and has significant project management experience across several public sector fields including strategic housing, public health, health and leisure services.

Rachel is passionate about improving the outcomes for disabled and disadvantaged people through delivering better and more effective services for all.

Outside work Rachel runs a Cub Scout Pack and is Vice-Chair of the Local Governing Board of her local Primary School Academy.
