As a strategic leader, Rachel has a passion for helping people unlock their potential to perform at their best. Rachel has over 20 years of HR and housing sector experience. During that time, she has overseen significant structural and cultural change, finding strategic solutions to improve employee experience and organisational performance.
In addition to achieving two post-graduate degrees one in reward management and the other in the psychology of organisational development, Rachel achieved a postgraduate diploma in HR giving her full CIPD membership. In 2021, she was recognised nationally when shortlisted for an HR Excellence Award in the HR Director of the year category.
