Mike Stone

Mike is a senior leader with 16 years’ experience working across various operational teams in housing management and customer experience. He has a track record of effective strategic, financial, and operational management and is skilled in directing projects and initiatives, implementing new processes and streamlining operations for optimal productivity.

He is an expert in the development of new business and ensuring delivery of products and services to the highest standard whilst motivating multi-disciplinary teams. He is well versed in working at a senior level to develop strategies and plans to meet organisational aims and objectives successfully, and has significant transformation experience in both housing management and repairs.

Mike has worked at two of the leading Housing Associations in the South West of England in several leadership roles within operations, and is currently a Non-Executive Director for Aelwyd Housing in South Wales.
