His expertise includes high-rise, affordable, private, high-spec, commercial, mixed-use, retail developments, and refurbishment schemes.
Mike has managed portfolios of 6-10 projects simultaneously, with a combined construction value of £70M, ensuring financial efficiency and commercial success. His extensive knowledge covers the full project life cycle—from land acquisition and procurement to contract management and final accounts.
More recently, Mike has focused on managing the pre-construction process, using his wealth of experience to optimize project planning, cost control, and risk management, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion.
