Mel is an award-winning marketing and communications professional who has worked for a broad range of organisations and clients across the public, private and charity sectors for over 30 years.

She has had the pleasure and privilege of creating, leading and delivering the B2B and B2C communication, marketing and launch strategies for many of the Midlands’ success stories, including Bullring, Grand Central, Highcross Leicester and Mailbox.

Mel is very hands-on in her approach and particularly enjoys problem-solving, creating bespoke marketing strategies and evaluating and improving existing marketing plans and activities.

She is also a professionally trained ACC-accredited business coach and often works closely with clients to coach, mentor and grow their in-house teams’ expertise.
