Matt Armstrong
Associate
Matt has 14 years’ experience in asset management including contract management, house building, commercial property management and stock energy efficiency, working at Head of Service and Director level. A previous career as a British Army Officer, he also has expertise in leadership, coaching, strategic planning and change management.
Matt has led and managed significant transformation projects including moving an organisation to agile working; the introduction of a new Housing Management System; and delivering lean thinking and business process improvement for both efficiency and compliance purposes. He has a passion for delivering successful transformation projects and an ability to incorporate both new and proven technologies to improve organisational performance.
Outside of work Matt is a keen runner and football fan. He enjoys outdoor life and walking his dogs.
