Mally Irving

Mally has over 30 year’s experience in the built environment in the private, commercial and social housing sectors. He has worked for both major national providers as well as smaller regional ones.

He is highly skilled in all aspects of asset management and has been instrumental on both delivery and strategy at senior management level in high value development and regeneration, feasibility studies & options appraisal, asset investment and repairs, building safety/compliance and leasehold management.

Mally has delivered improvements to a number of organisations through a collaborative approach to working with teams and his ability to lead teams, his leadership and management skills.

Mally has a keen interest in regeneration, energy efficiency and green technology and also creating quality communities and places that people both want to and can afford to live in. He is currently leading on new business for the General Needs Development Team at a housing association.
