Lubna Taj Malik

Lubna is a confident HR Consultant who delivers projects across HR, Employee Relations, Strategy & Policy, Management Consultancy, Organisational Development and HR Audit and Compliance. She has an extensive business acumen and executive level experience with an excellent understanding of employment law and work across the public, private and third sectors. Lubna builds trusted relationships with the clients I work with and aim to achieve outstanding value and successful outcomes for clients and for their business.

She has worked as Group Director of People for over 8 years before becoming a HR Consultant and strongly believe that effective People and Organisational Development strategies are critical to the success of any business.

She holds a portfolio of roles and associate with HMICFRS (His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services) as well as the College of Policing. Lubna is also a Board and People Committee Member for Muir Housing Association.

With a Post Graduate Qualification in Strategic Human Resource Management and qualified to CIPD Level 7, her specialist areas include: Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, HR Strategy and Policy, Organisational Development and Design, Coaching & Training, Leadership Development, Workforce Planning and Pay & Reward.
