Leon has more than 30 years experience across the social housing sector in key areas of partnership and collaborative working, namely strategic property asset management, decarbonisation, compliance, planned and reactive maintenance, contract procurement, risk management, major capital investment, regeneration and facilities management.

He is highly experienced in delivering transformational change to strategic business planning and performance with organisations utilising in-house maintenance teams, external supply chain partners or a combination of both.

Leon is aware of the significant changes that the sector needs to adapt to, with new decency standards, compliance, building safety, adopting and implementing ‘smarter’ technologies, addressing skills shortages and achieving the zero carbon agenda.
