Katee Swallow

Katee Swallow is a specialist domestic abuse consultant with over 18 years’ experience in social housing, including 15 years working directly with victims and survivors of domestic abuse.

She supports housing providers and local authorities to transform their domestic abuse response, strengthen case management and build organisational confidence in managing domestic abuse effectively. Katee successfully led a housing provider to DAHA Gold Accreditation, exceeding required standards, and co-founded KonnekTED, an innovative platform designed to transform domestic abuse case management through safer communication and truly victim and survivor-led support. Her consultancy is grounded in practical experience, ensuring recommendations are realistic, achievable and focused on meaningful organisational change.
