Julian Beaney

Julian is passionate about helping organisations improve their services to customers. He has a broad range of housing and business experience together with a business improvement, performance, policy, data and facilitation expertise.

Julian has over 30 years’ housing sector experience working for a range of small community based and large national housing organisations where he has gained skills in consumer regulation, housing and tenancy management, data strategy, risk management, sustainability, customer insight and customer engagement. Julian is business improvement and transformation specialist gaining expertise from working across the private and public sectors with a client base that included the logistics, automotive, defence, aerospace, energy and pharmaceutical sectors. He is also a qualified coach and facilitator. Until recently Julian was Business Services Director at Orbit Group where over his 13 years where he led transformed a range of complex multidisciplinary teams to deliver high performance outcomes. Julian has a collaborative leadership style and has a wide stakeholder network.

Julian is a Board Member for Tuntum Housing Association where he sits on the Audit and Risk Committee
