Janice’s whole career has been about organisational effectiveness and how we work with people to realise their effectiveness. Her business and organisational development background has given her a deep understanding of organisational context including culture, structure and strategy.
Janice has led large scale transformational change programmes, brought organisational cultures together and designed and delivered nationally recognised leadership development and coaching programmes and talent and succession management strategies.
Janice has held Executive Director positions in a number of social businesses. Her leadership insight is practical and straightforward and is based on years of experience of developing individuals, teams and organisations to deliver exceptional results.
Janice is an Accredited Coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
