Associate Director
Ian Jackson has extensive experience in housing and development, having worked in senior leadership roles across multiple organisations for over 30 years.
He has demonstrated exceptional expertise in strategic development, partnership creation, and business growth, consistently delivering complex development programmes and building strong relationships with councils, housing associations, and institutional investors. Ian is an experienced leader in development delivery, business development, asset management and team leadership. He has also served in governance roles as a board member and chair.
As Group Partnership Director, Ian has led business development and growth initiatives, building client networks and engaging at senior levels to identify opportunities for delivering affordable, intermediate and market housing. He is responsible for expanding the client base and has been instrumental in securing framework positions and growing regional turnover to £40m.
Ian progressed through senior roles over 20 years, ultimately serving as Executive Director of Portfolio Investment where he led strategic initiatives that positioned the organisation as a top 15 housing association developer, delivering 1000 new homes annually and securing significant government funding.
