Gary Brookes

Gary has worked in Housing Management and Regeneration for 42 years , working mainly with Registered Providers across the West and East Midlands. He is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Housing .

He has held numerous Executive and Senior level positions with a number of Registered Providers during the last 35 years having strategic and operational responsibilities for Housing Management , Asset Management and Regeneration.

Gary has led on a number of key strategic changes within organisations, through re structure, merger, transformation and regeneration.

Gary has a track record of delivering results through successful teams and he is passionate about delivering excellent customer services. Ensuring the customer voice is always heard.

In addition to his Housing expertise Gary has held the position of Presiding Justice of the Peace delivering judicial services through Magistrates court as a public service.
