Francis has gained a huge amount of experience having worked in social housing for over 25 years, in many places throughout the UK.

He is knowledgeable in most areas of housing including income management, supported housing, housing management, leasehold management, corporate services, asset management, governance and residential care home services.

Francis has worked at senior level for a number of housing organisations and managed varied sizes of teams in a number of service areas. He has been a voluntary board member for two local charities in the Southwest.
