Fiona is a competent project manager with an enviable track record in affordable housing delivery.

As an established consultant, she predominantly provides interim development management support, but also has expertise in stock rationalisation, sheltered housing reviews, and the writing of policy and procedures. Fiona also provides valuable Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) audit and Investment Management System support to a range of clients. In her spare time, she enjoys walking in the countryside and spending time in her garden.
