Evelina’s background is ranges from housing operations, supporting the implementation of new housing management systems to providing strategic guidance on procurement and maintenance of asset management databases.

With proven project management capabilities, she has successfully led the acquisition and implementation of a new Asset Management System for commercial property portfolios, while collaborating closely with Health and Safety and Compliance teams to maintain critical monitoring systems.

Evelina’s technical proficiency extends to training team members across various platforms including Aareon QL and Agresso P2P, alongside producing sophisticated financial and analytical reports using Excel and PowerBi.
