Derek has over 35 years’ senior level experience of working within the social housing sector for both local authorities and housing associations.
He has experience across the full range of housing management services and latterly set up and lead a housing associations charitable foundation, delivering tenancy support, community development and tenant engagement services.
Derek has a logical mind with a practical approach to managing change and develop informed solutions.
Outside of work Derek is a season ticket holder at Charlton Athletic and enjoys attending gigs.
