She has worked on several key areas which include Absence Management, Change management, Performance Management, Leadership Development and Reward.
In addition, Amanda has designed and delivered training to Executive and Management Teams as well as playing a key role in developing and implementing many successful HR strategies.
Amanda is a fellow member of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
