With a demonstrable track record of delivering procurement process and compliance reviews, procurement transformation, compliant procurement projects and cashable savings on multiple sourcing projects across a wide range of spend categories, through the implementation of effective procurement strategies.
His experience covers a diverse range of spend categories including but not limited to development, asset compliance & services, repairs & maintenance, stores & warehouse management, professional services, IT and telecoms equipment and services, energy and more. Alex is experienced and comfortable working with senior management and executive level stakeholders.
